Why am I being charged Sales Tax on an online order?
Many states across the U.S. passed laws requiring online retailers to collect sales tax in 2021. We are expected to comply with these laws and collect the appropriate tax for each state that the order is purchased from even if we do not have physical storefront in the state. If your state exempts from sales tax you will not be charged sales tax.
How long does shipping take?
We take 1-8 business days to process orders regardless which sipping method is selected. Our shipping policy can be found throughout of website.

I received a damaged/defective item what can I do?
Send us an e-mail/text with proof of damaged/defected item. Once we've received the item and approve the return. We will issue a store credit for future use. Don't worry... send us an email/text with proof of damage/defect and we will send you a shipping label to ship it the product for store credit.
Why were items in my order refunded?
If an item is out of stock, we will issue a refund for that item at the time of shipment. We will send a detailed email confirming the details if an item is us of stock. Please allow a standard 3-10 business days to see the refund post to your bank account. Thank you!
