All order processing takes about 1-3 business. This does not include weekends regardless which shipping method is selected. We are a small business and will do our BEST to get your packages out as fast as possible. Please be patient with us.

USPS and UPS are experiencing unprecedented delays due to COVID-19. We cannot guarantee USPS and UPS package delivery transit times at this moment. This includes AIR/EXPRESS. We apologize for the inconvenience. We may adjust your shipping rate at any time if shipping costs is under paid.

  • USPS Standard First Class: Estimated 3-5 Business days
  • USPS Priority: Estimated 1-3 Business days
  • USPS Ground: Estimated 1-8 Business days
  • UPS 3 Day Select: Estimated 3 Business days

 

Lost/Stolen Packages

Mapazhang Boutique is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to your address and you have not received it, please contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-275-8777 for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages and file a claim with USPS.

 

Incorrect Address Entered

If you entered the incorrect address at checkout, please TEXT (971) 517-6555 ASAP with your order number and correct mailing address. We will try to resolve the issue before the package ships. If you are unable to change/update the address we are NOT responsible for the incorrect information entered.

NIS ITEMS (NOT IN STOCK ITEMS)

If an item is found to be not in stock from your order, we will issue refund for the that item at the time of shipment. Please allow 3-10 business days to see the refund post to your bank account. Thank you!
